FAQ's

Do the caregivers belong to your organisation, or are they from a third-party provider?

Community Care Australia hires caregivers with the highest qualifications and trains them further to fit our participants’ unique needs, so that they can remain comfortably with all requirements fulfilled. Our professionals possess years of tremendous experience and strictly adhere to Community Care’s work objectives; hence we don’t rely on any third-party organisation for our services.

What are the hours when your professionals are available?

Our caregivers are available on all days of the week. Please book an appointment in advance to ensure that your caregiver is available for you during that period.

Will I be appointed a personal caregiver?

Once you become a client taking domestic disability care assistance from us, one of our caregivers will personally attend to all your needs at all times. In the process, your caregiver will learn your needs and preferences to ensure that the care provided is as you desire.

If my needs change, can I change my plan?

Once you specify what you would like us to do, we can change the plan to suit your needs. We can also help you match your program with the NDIS funding if you would like to use the funding.

Do I need to pay the travel costs for the support workers?

For their daily travel to and from your homes, the costs are included in the plan that you choose. However, the costs will have to be paid separately for extra outings such as shopping or visiting someone with our worker.

Where does Community Care provide its services?

Community Care provides daily care and other disability care services at our centre in Australia. You can visit us any time to obtain more information, or write to your queries, and we will get back to you.
