We take our participants to a wide variety of outings, ranging from trips to explore places, to social gatherings that boost interaction and friendships. We also ensure that adequate arrangements are made for complete accessibility to everyone with disability-friendly equipment.

Essentially, community participation is ensured to encourage a collective spirit and improve socialisation while ensuring that our participants are active and immersed in enjoyable activities. For this, we include sessions with group engagement and communication, organise events that explore various skills and instil a sense of cooperation.
Community Participation is an integral part of the general experience at Community Care. If you choose a plan under NDIS, this will certainly be included as group sessions are conducted for overall development. If you want more community-based participatory events and sessions, you may speak to your support coordinator to choose an appropriate plan.
Our staff will take care of any needs that your disability calls for. Your caregiver will ensure that your comfort is the foremost priority in any of these events.
With prior discussion, your family members can accompany you on these social events so you feel better about being around people you may not be acquainted with. You can also join these group events when your family caregiver is on a break, and you are on a temporary stay.
You can visit our centre in Perth. We are one of the leading providers in the area and are experienced carers in disability.
We recognise the importance of inclusion and being able to connect with people. When you ask us to partner with you to support life opportunities in the way you want, we will focus on your plans, your goals, and your achievements. We’ll try to match you with someone who feels more like a friend, someone who has similar interest as you, be it going for bowling, walk in a park, watch a sporting game in stadium, visit your favourite café or just hang out.
