We are also registered providers of National Disability Insurance Scheme funding and our professionals can also help you navigate this process in a way that you get the most out of it. When it comes to comfort and care, we spare no compromises.
Essentially, community participation is a way to encourage collective energy and enthusiasm and improve socialisation while our participants are involved in enjoyable activities. We include sessions with group interaction, organise events that explore various skills and impart a sense of group cooperation.
Group Activities have been included in many sessions at Community Care. This is also an essential activity under NDIS and is included in their packages, as group sessions are conducted for overall development. If you want more community-based participatory events and sessions, you may speak to your support coordinator to choose an appropriate plan.
Our staff will take care of any needs that you would like us to cover. Your personal caregiver will ensure that you are comfortable and safe in any of the activities that you participate in.
With prior discussion, your family members can accompany you to the social events if it helps you feel comfortable around other participants. You can also join these group events when your family caregiver is on a break, and if you’re temporarily staying at Community Care.
